Which unexpected constellations might shape the next chapter of transformation?

Over the past few years, AI has brought extraordinary momentum — new capabilities, new possibilities, and an abundance of new approaches. As novelty gradually becomes familiarity, a different question begins to emerge: what will it mean to pioneer transformation from here?

Perhaps the next pioneering approaches will not come from any one discipline alone, but from new constellations between them — from bringing together forms of expertise, experience and perspective that have traditionally existed in separate worlds.

I’m very much looking forward to thinking together, in a warm and familiar atmosphere.

Laura advises organisations and their leadership on transformation in the AI era, bringing together stakeholders with complementary expertise and experience. Her own perspective combines informatics and psychology.
