THE CURATOR
Founder & Curator
Laura advises organisations and their leadership on transformation in the AI era, bringing together stakeholders with complementary expertise and experience. Her own perspective combines informatics and psychology.
That same interest in facilitating exchange between people inspires her salons. Beyond the work context, she brings selected guests together in a warm, thoughtfully composed atmosphere, with room for sharp thinking and conversations that unfold naturally.
FROM THE SUMMER SALON
A perspective from the Advisor to the Founder
Chairman of the Supervisory Board
Mutares Management SE
“Genuine reduction in hesitation around AI transformation comes from direct, personal experience combined with psychological safety, clear benefits, and agency – not just information campaigns or mandates.
Hesitation often stems from fear of job loss, loss of control, the unknown, ethical concerns, or perceived irrelevance.
Hesitation melts most reliably through empowerment via experience. When people feel competent, involved, and that AI serves their goals (productivity, creativity, impact) rather than threatening their identity or livelihood, adoption accelerates.
This is a people challenge first, technology second.”
The question we explored: In your experience, where do you personally see the strongest friction when it comes to AI transformation on the human side? And what do you see as the most meaningful path toward resolution?
